29 SECONDS

This post will present in a 29 seconds read, a problem and a suggested solution or approach for further study.  This post will be updated as additional issues are identified. It is my take on solving some of the contemporary problems confronting us by action outside the box.             Gil Eisner

• Gun Management-Buy or post a 10 second split screen media commercial with one screen showing a closeup photo of a child victim of an AR 15, or if too gross the carcass of a dead animal.  The other half of the split screen a photo of Senator McConnell smiling at a mike.  Printed below and voiced over “100 GUN DEATHS PER DAY!  DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR KIDS ARE?”.  I guarantee gun legislation within weeks of that commercial.

• Supreme Court-Update the Judiciary Act of 1869.  As an example, increase the number of Justices to the number of appellate courts (13), require a two-thirds majority for a decision, limit judicial terms to one twenty-five year period and provide for Judicial District Court reassignment.

• Immigration-The United States can absorb a number of legal immigrants per year equal to 1% of the total population.  This would equate to the economic base population loss due to retirements, an increasing death rate and the falling birth rate.

• Health Care-We don’t have a health care system.  We have a number of independent profit center modules created to deliver elements of health care, e.g. hospitals, doctors, labs, insurance companies, etc.  We need to take the same approach to health care as was our effort in reaching the moon and that is to truly develop a health care “SYSTEM” from inception to burial.  This may take more than a decade to develop and implement.  In the interim we need an affordable public option program (perhaps a modified Medicare).
• Election Security-We should all be concerned, but person(s) having the 3 Ps, (prestige, position and power), should seek to mobilize the world’s White and Gray Hat Hackers into a secret global network that would be activated by coded signal to engage in an appropriate cyber counterattack against designated targets within any source worldwide who are seeking to affect the outcome of the 2020 U.S. election.
• Socialism-Anyone who uses the term “socialism” in a derogatory political context against a candidate, doesn’t know what they are talking about. Our democracy is predicated on socialistic principles defined in the Constitution as, “We the People…, establish Justice…, insure domestic Tranquility…, provide for the common defense…, promote general Welfare…” and then further enshrined by Abraham Lincoln at Gettysburg in 1863, “A GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE…”. These words are our democracy’s socialistic principles.
• ONE YEAR OUT…FACT OR FICTION? ELECTION 2020….THE GAME PLAN Win the election legitimately, or win the election illegitimately, or…If you can’t win the election legitimately or illegitimately, corrupt the election results so that it can be declared that the election is canceled. Institute martial law, void the election results and continue governance with the pre election government. Be prepared democracy!
