IS THE CONCERT OVER?

Where I come from, the concert is not over until the last note is played!  And a Supreme Court Justice isn’t confirmed until 50+1 confirmation votes are cast by Members of the Senate.  Many of whom are liars!    

Now there are all kinds of liars, some lie to cover their real position or thoughts, others lie to avoid telling the truth in order to deceive, cheat, or to achieve a specific objective and some are just pathological liars. The latter are the liars who rarely tell the truth. Some liars use other liars as role models.  Just imagine the neophyte liar who would take the lies of the experienced liar and then lies about the lies they were told. 

Examples of contemporary Senate liars are senate leader McConnell, and senior senate liars like Graham, Cruz, Rubio, Paul, Cotton, all of whom have demonstrated their ability to be exceptional liars by lying to God,  having taken their oath to the Constitution, the American people, and themselves.  Hopefully, there may be some patriotic Republican Senators who may have been lying about their confirming vote in order to honor their oath to GOD, the Constitution, and the American people saving their democracy!  Do we really know if a Senator is a liar and for what reason they are lying! Surely there must be five Republican Senators who still believe in a democratic republic and the “t”s. Liberty!. Honesty!, and Integrity! 

The concert isn’t over until the last note has been played and the last liar has lied!

NOBODY’S NOBODY! 

I am an 87-year-old “nobody” who was infected with the TRUMP virus and survived!

Mr. Trump, I have a question.  What is the “bounty value” of a Trump virus death of an older “nobody”?  Could it be the elimination of earned benefits under Social Security and Medicare to those dead “nobodies”? 

I am also a “nobody” husband, a “nobody” son, a “nobody” father, a “nobody” grandfather, a “nobody” air force officer, a “nobody” veteran, a “nobody” rocket scientist, a “nobody” candidate for office, a “nobody” AARP organizer, a “nobody” at mission control…

Yes, Mr. Trump, I survived your TRUMP virus, whereas some two hundred and fifty thousand have not.  Those “nobodies” were instrumental in and protected your rights in becoming the President of these United States.

As for me, I have not yet met your criteria for those you call “Losers” and “Suckers”!  I call them HEROS!

STATE-SPONSORED EVIL

A recent article in the Wall Street Journal authored by Lawrence Douglas (8/29/20) deals with the conclusion of Nazi trials associated with World War II Holocaust. Unfortunately, there seems to be a judicial thread from that era to our contemporary political America. Professor Douglas speaks of the last and most recent Holocaust trial, that of a now 93-year-old SS guard charged with being an accessory to the murder of 5230 persons at a death camp where he was stationed.  It is hoped that this trial brought a judicial end to the last of those remaining individuals who were identified as Holocaust perpetrators and participants.  It had been concluded that those perpetrators and participants were involved in “state-sponsored evil”, commonly referred to in legal parlance as “crimes against humanity”.

As Douglas states, the very concept associated with “Western legal thought has long viewed the state as the ultimate guarantor of safety and order, the idea that a developed state might itself turn criminal seemed unimaginable. Yet under Hitler, the German state did just that, becoming the agent of criminality and the principle perpetrator of crimes.” Recently the same judiciary principle had been applied to mass crimes throughout the world in countries like Cambodia, the Balkans, and Rwanda.  The question then arises: Does knowledge about a deadly situation where a nation’s leader who is entrusted with the capability and powers of being the ‘guarantor of safety and order’ and who purposely withholds those powers resulting in the deaths of hundreds of thousands and the health of millions, falls into the category of “crimes against humanity”?  

Douglas further concludes that in addition to the principle guarantor of those powers, “…guilt can’t simply be measured in terms of hands-on acts of cruelty, participating in a murderous system is a crime in itself.”

There is much to ponder.

CORRECTING THE SENATE’S POLITICAL MALPRACTICE

Following is a list of Republican Congressional Senatorial Districts which are up for re-election this November. The Senators representing these States are among the fifty-three Senators who placed their principle loyalties to a narcissistic, autocratic leader above the American public’s right to a judicial review of an impeached President. They chose not to seek the truth, placing their loyalties to themselves, their party, a corrupt administration, and their contributors, without any regard to those they represent or the American public.

The Senate Republican Majority and it’s leader Senator Mc Connell have prostituted themselves to corrupt their party, commit political malpractice, violate their constitutional oaths, lose their honor to G-D, country, liberty, and justice.  They should not as liars be ever permitted to serve the public interest again.  

The following is the State list of Senate challengers in the most vulnerable states.  These folks deserve your support both financially and by your vote.
