*In 2012 there were 4.5 working age people for every person 65 and older.  By 2030 the ratio falls to 2.8 and thereafter the ratio will fall to 2.5.  Think about funding Medicare and Social Security;

*One further demographic reality is that in a few short years the minority population of the United States collectively will be the majority population;
